Hmm, hyphenated names...that's actually a pretty good idea. I've always have a bunch of awesome baby names stored up in my head, but I lack the time, ability, and resources to father enough children to ever be able to use them all...maybe I'll just have one kid, and hyphen the fuck out of his name.

For the names: Don't pick anything that sounds strange or is unique or is obsolete. Kids most often have problems getting into their age groups when their names sound 'strange'

No, that's pop culture childcare. Kids can use any name to mess with other kids. It isn't at all hard to make up something rhyming and obnoxious for almost any name. Except Orange. You could totally get past that with Orange, but then they'd be named Orange.

Go with Silver instead. It's a fairly cool name for guys, and it doesn't rhyme with anything either. A good female name that doesn't rhyme is Angel. Also just about any word that has penultimate or antepenultimate stress, (some examples are "animal" or "necessary") have no rhymes, so I'm sure a few names show up in that list.


Also good luck on the whole baby thing. I hope you are prepared for a lot less sleep for the next few years.
