All of it has downsides. The armor isn't as strong as it seems, it's just stronger than Marias plate armor. The 6 turrets are the drones on his back, which aren't like laser cannon style things. The rifle he's already used a few times, and the implant both gives him an awful headache, and vaporizes his allies and him instead of his enemies if he doesn't concentrate right. And it's not Scarlet Witch reality warping, mostly chemical changes and temparture changes. It's what he used on the beetle way back when.

He was exaggerating a little to get his point across.

He's a hypothetical character from Einsteinian Roulette, from near-end game. So, he's got hyper customized armor and weapons.

To anyone doubting the stuff from Tyrion's armory. I can vouch they work, with downsides. It is based on Einsteinian Roulette, a very popular RtD game with a very immersive atmosphere. To anyone who knows W40k, it is like that.

Crappy future, crappy perspectives, constant mindscrew. If you get to the end-game, which means surviving ten missions, you are almost physically unkillable in some aspects, but still pretty damn squishy against everything else the world can throw against you. The brain implants mentioned by Tyrion are called amps and are like powerful spellcasting except that they screw your brain if used too much.

Uh... EC? Buckler just shot a 30mm solid ferromagnetic round. That type of shot rips off peoples legs. There's a reason Buckler had to take a turn to prepare his shot, and that it's on its back, not its paws.
