OKAY GUYS I"M NOT EVEN KIDDING HERE I WENT TO VSAUCE"S WORLD OF TEXT AND MY COMPUTER WENT INTO PERMA CAPSLOCK MODE AND WHENEVER I CLICK ON SOMETHING TO GO TO A NEW PAGE IT OPENS IN A NEW WINDOW> WHAT IS EVEN HAPPENING

BY THE WAY WHENEVER I PRESS SOMETHING THAT WOULDN"T BE CHANGED BY CAPS LOCK LIKE THE FIVE KEY IT COMES OUT AS %

Are you using a wireless keyboard? If so, try disabling it and re-enabling it in the device manager.

Press both shift keys - insure no stickiness. Check to see if you enabled stickykeys or those other bullshit windows things that don't work. Make sure nothing is sitting on the button on a wireless keyboard you aren't looking. Restart comp.

Post again if that doesn't help.

My shift, alt, and/or control keys get stuck like that after Flash Player crashes. Tapping each a few times works.

Shift key is definitely stuck.

Did you try restarting your computer, that's like the first thing you should do. Works 80%of the time.
