I personally get this funny brick wall feeling. I know the words are right there but I can't say them no matter what I try. Unless I manage to, then I come to regret it a couple months/years later.

Ehh, for me its always a sharp intake of breathe, followed by not breathing until the moment has passed. But, again, only happened when  was close enough to feel embarresed. And boy was I ever embarresed.
