Rip arrows out of body and stab the goblin with them!

Draw long knife and cut the human into white meet jerky. Arm first so he cant fight back.

Perhaps I should add some supplementary rules to the OP.

[6-1] Ger rips the arrows out of his body, [4] not hurting him much, and [6-1v4+1] stabs them into Lucius's left shoulder and chest. Lucius [2+1v6-1] misses Ger due to the latter's rage, which would surely put Conan to shame if they existed in the same universe. Ger [1] is suddenly hit by all of the stresses his body has gone through, from getting shot several times to hitting his head on the tree to ripping out arrows which were driven deep into his body, and so he falls down and the penalty he has on rolls will increase to -2.

Why so negative? Okay, you probably have a point.
Lucius [6+1v2-2] slashes his knife into Ger's arm, completely removing it and leaving enough momentum to cause it to stick firmly in the ground. Armless, Ger [6-2v1+1] kicks Lucius to the ground, dazing him, and hops up, all in one fluid motion. Sweet. Ger's [6-1] doing much better (only -1 to most rolls now).

The four watch, certain that the armless human will die but more certain that he'll harm the elf greatly before that.

[6] Ger kicks Lucius, breaking his thin elven leg and sending him to the ground. Downside, this gives Lucius a bit more momentum to [1+2] cut into Ger's right leg.

Roll towards him on the floor and swing again straight up between hes leg's severing all the major blood vessels in the process

Didn't you get a 6, and aren't legs bigger than arms?

Wouldnt really need to cut it off. Sever the artery in he's leg and he'll bleed to death before he hits the ground.
But i chance it anyway.

(( Although in theory you should be dead already since cutting your arm off you'd have bled to death in about 10 seconds. ))
