I feel we should take this opportunity to thank Armok by pitting the cats over the magma.

NO CHOPPING! Wait before you make any loud noises!
Hush before you TASTE AXE.
Hush before you taste copper sword in groin.
Groin doesn't have taste buds, you derp.
Not, but pain receptors.
Well MINE DOESN'T.

Dariush: BRUTALLY tear down the wagon. Then BRUTALLY chop down about a dozen trees and BRUTALLY bring them to the arrival site.

Donut: Dig

Gobo: Scout

How about the rest?
Maybe I will have to explain a thing or two:

- There are no jobs/skills yet

- Please tell me which dwarf is supposed to do what, SOMEBODY NOT FOUND

- The dwarves will behave depending on their traits, nothing else matters for now - this will also take into account their reaction when encountering a foe, for example

- I know you'd like to claim patronage over your little dorfs, that's not a problem, but everyone will be able to choose their actions
(Dariush, for example, will be... well... Dariush)

- I will most likely take the first suggestion made for a specific dwarf.
If you want to stop them, do it ingame - by suggesting another dwarf to intervene

- You can still discuss actions you don't like, if you manage to make a good argument
But for the start: Let's distribute some simple jobs, alright?

Lobram the mason should Make basic workshop(s) outside of dighole.  Out of wood.  First crafts should be as many doors as needed to cover our entrance, and three beds.  Make 1 wheelbarrow, 1 bucket, and 1 bin.  Make wooden shields for non-daul-weilders.  Then Bolts until stone stockpile is readily available.

Gomar the doctor should pasture animals, maybe in spots where they'll spot the baddies first?

Somebody should certainly check what's beneath our wagon.

Of course, this is all speculation.  Feel free to improve.

Going on what pk said.

Gomar should pasture the llamas in a nice safe place away from trouble and put the dogs in strategic areas. And pasture the cats over the volcano.

Datan should stop Inod from getting into Dariush's axe's way, then help with mining.
Inod should then do a simple surroundings check. By the time there should be some wood or at least branches to be hauled.

ROUND 1 1/2: OMG WHAT HAVE I DONE

After brutally attacking the wagon and managing to cut the rope, which really tied the room cargo together, Dariush storms off, lusting for the blood of young, innocent saplings. Inod, witnessing his shenanigans, decides to follow and keep an eye on the hotblooded dwarf. Interrupted by Datan, who is warning her of his raging beard of anger, Inod replies by shrugging her shoulders, for she is not afraid of axe wielding maniacs and insists that she can take good care of herself.

Meanwhile, Lobram starts unloading the wagon, preparing some of the wood to fashion a workbench. Gobo had already taken off, led by one of the dogs, while Gamur is taking care of the lifestock, or rather what's left of it, looking for a pasture while simultaneously avoiding being eaten alive by vicious herbivores.

Donut, being a man of action, has dropped his obsidian short sword in favor of his iron pickaxe, which he then uses to strike the earth. Showing real leadership qualities and generally taking care of business, he feels like he should be in charge of this whole bunch.

Watching Donut mine, Datan has had enough time to inspect his surroundings. He casually tells Donut and Lobram of the names he has chosen for this new found place. The Crown of Sympathy shall be the name of the towering volcano, while the harsh plains around them shall be called The Mire of Smiting . Discussing possible names for the settlement, all three agree on naming it Andriofraust, after the legendary, long lost fortress, being told of in the ancient lore of their civilization. Lobram adds, that he could really use a drink. The others agree.
