Oh wait, and then, towards the end of my dream my dad was showing me the work of some artist I think he knew, and it was really awkward because a good amount of it was these weird pornographic pictures of merfolk. :o

Hey, now, making crafts out of captive wild-caught mermaid bone(r)s is just profitable business!

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

I had a dream where I was late for biology class, and getting there required all sorts of video game like jumping puzzles. I was climbing through an air vent, and the floor collapsed. I fell into this huge cave, so big that I couldn't see the bottom or either side. While I was falling, my dad called to talk about scuba diving. We talked for a long time, and then I had to hang up because I was about to hit the ground and die.
I didn't die though, because I caught a giant bat and used it to safely fly to the bottom. At the bottom there was a beach, with a nice house on the beach. 3 girls walked up, they were dressed as pirate witches. They took me and threw me in a cage grown out of a tree, and told me they were elves and were going to eat me. Game over.

Seriously, during the whole dream I wasn't scared at all cause I knew it was just a game. It turned out to be a dream, not a game.

I can't remember what happened before this part, but at some point during my dream someone accused me of killing one of my high school classmates, which I realized in horror I actually did (in real life I did not actually kill her, she is still alive, don't worry). I and a couple of my friends had dumped her body in a river, and they were going to drain the river and find it. So I rushed over to the river to find it and...

...ended up in a Sonic the Hedgehog type game dream. Everyone was some sort of hedgehog. I think I was Shadow. We started out running through these tunnels to the river, where there was a boss fight. It was a flashback - the girl's character was AFK on some platform, so I went over and nudged her off it. This somehow actually killed her? I don't know, dream logic.

Then we're back in the present when I was actually fighting this boss to apparently prevent the river from being drained. I don't remember what it was, but it periodically sent up waves to knock us back towards the shore. My two allies were these punky Slytherin kids who knew what I'd done and were pretty much constantly threatening to tell everyone. I begrudgingly cooperated with them for a while, but just before I woke up I heavily implied that one of their mothers was a whore.

---

This was pretty heavily influenced by me watching Sonic 06 on Game Grumps. The water was probably related to that one room they went through recently where there are the sand waves that knock you back. And the pushing an AFK character is something I've had a lot of fun with in Minecraft lately. And I did actually injure this girl in high school once, so the killing theme probably played off my guilt from that.

I recently had a semi-lucid dream. I remember feeling like I was falling asleep, and then nothing, for a long time, which is not normal.

Anyway, when I regained control, I found myself sitting on a stool, wearing a pair of shorts. My eyes hurt, and my hands were falling asleep. The tape was wrapped too tightly under my gloves. I look up and a trainer shouts something into my ear. I can hardly hear him because my tinnitus is blocking all the sound with a high-pitched mechanical whine.  I look down. I'm in my MMA gear from about nine years ago. Bright yellow knee length trunks, ankle and knee supporters, and UFC style gloves (which I only rarely wore.) I feel like I have a concussion. I'm woozy, and a little sick to my stomach. The trainer walks in front of me, grabs me by the shoulders and looks me in the face. I can't hear him, so I read his lips. "Remember what you're here to do man: Slay the dragon." I'm in a UFC cage. Sitting across from me is Lyoto Machida, the Dragon. The trainer forces me to my feet, and hops through a door in the cage, which is then locked. Everything hurts. I move forward a little, and the ref nods to the Dragon and I, and puts his hand out, signalling the start of the round. I move forward some more, and try to hit Machida. I can't. He's like a fucking ghost. Over and over, I swing and miss. Kicks, punches, grappling attempts. I come up with nothing. Then, in a split second, he winks at me Mike Tyson style, and lays me out with a huge right hand. Everything goes black. Everything hurts.

I went to bed frustrated, and this certainly didn't help.

Another one of those fuckin' puberty-related dreams where you feel horrifically lonely as it ends because you found the right person.

Goddamn it am I sick of them, I'm 21 for fuck's sake.

Did a lot of dreaming last night, at the expense of actual sleep. I don't remember much of it, or how many dreams there were or whatever, I just remember the last bit of dream before I woke up.

I was part of some group of Mexican cartel enforcers, and we rocked up at what I assume was a rival cartel's base, riding in these big ugly black SUVs. As we were getting close the dream went into a close up of one of them, he said something and then they took a few potshots which pinged ineffectively off our cars.

I think up until then our intent had been at least semi-peaceful, but after that the rest of the group all jumped out and opened fire on the little tin shack these other dudes were based in. It seemed like we were waaaay better equipped than they were, as it was pretty much a slaughter and after a moment they were running off to hide in the surrounding scrub.

At this point I got out of the car and stood up, cradling a big assault rifle in my hands. I don't know exactly what my position was in this group, but I seemed like some crazy psychotic giant guy who was kept in reserve for moments like this.

I looked over to the boss and asked if I could "Ask them politely why they shot at us," he agreed and then I marched into the bush/scrub/forest, tracking down these poor enemy sods and killing them. This went on for a while.
Eventually my buddies pointed out this huge shrub, or maybe a clump of bushes, where they knew a couple of our victims were hiding.

I blazed away with my rifle, (which seemed to have more-or-less infinite ammo) sweeping it slowly back and forth across the bushes/shrub until these two pathetic looking people jumped up from where they were hiding to try and make a break for it, only to instantly be cut down.
At this point I stopped firing, and glanced over to my right.

To my amazement I saw a giant echidna, about the size of a horse, just standing there watching me.
I was overjoyed to see such a magnificent creature and, suitably distracted from killing people, called by comrades over to look at it. They were all like "wut" as I, this bloodthirsty killer clutching a smoking machine gun, went ga-ga over this weird, mutated-looking creature.
Seems I was still my wildlife-loving self even in such a violent dream.

I told them not to even think about shooting at it. I think it was starting to get a bit nervous of us or something. One of the others wanted to check behind it to see if any enemies were hiding there, and I glanced around to make sure none of them were taking advantage of our distraction to sneak up on us.
One of my merry band of heavily-armed killers started to raise a large revolver towards the echidna, I pushed his hand down, and then I woke up.

That was. Uh. Weird. ???
It might have been related to some earlier dream(s), but I have no idea.
Edit: Maybe this is what happens when I eat Mexican food? I did have a vege burrito for dinner last night, after all.

I had the weirdest dream last night.
It was in the school, the new guy was a transsexual all of a sudden and was punished by being crucified and chained up in assembly by our dictator teachers.
The teachers then lacerated him/her with Excalibur.
So I tell my friend Nathan I am gonna call the cops and the teachers hear me and threaten to kill me.
So Nathan and I escape the gym and flee to the back corner of the football fields, Nathan holds them back and gets the living shit beaten out of him while I hide in the concrete ditch in the corner.
I get the call through and tell them about the sword which won't let any but it's true master wield it. I pretend to the teachers I didn't, so they set me to cook with Calpurnia  from "to kill a mocking bird".
Anyway, I wasn't the only one angry about the crucifixion and the Japanese teacher gets very angry, as well as Rainbow dash who tries to fly word out.
Fluttershy captures her and she disappears. There was a huge sub plot that went on for ages of me trying to figure out who got Rainbow.
Eventually the cops show up just as the teachers found out I had been snooping about. I was very scared until the sword lit up black signalling a wrongful person was coming to claim it, I knew it was the police. The take the poor crucified fellow down and arrest most of the teachers. Turns out Fluttershy was a criminal mastermind. Turns out the school was harbouring hundreds of emaciated ethiopian slaves.
Turns out fluttershy killed rainbowdash and I was next.
The Japanese teacher and I help free the slaves from their damp smelly prison behind the gym.
And then the cops shot fluttershy.
The End.

I had a very, very weird dream. I somehow graduated, and I recieved a floppy disk. There were really high tables (as high as one average floor) and you had to roll a die to get up to them and talk with someone. I rolled a low number but still got up, somehow. The floppy disks somehow ran out, and I had to get new ones from a Chinese food restaurant somewhere in the city we were in. So I went there, but somebody else arrived first (two people, actually. They were the antagonists that aren't really the main antagonists but always screw with you. You know what I mean.) and took everything. At this point I noticed in my inventory screen (?) that I also had some sort of cape that had an effect. I never go to figure out my effect, but I saw the effects of others. So the people that got there before me didn't take enough floppy disks, so I picked up the remainder of the disks spread over the floor of the terrace (they took a lot of them, but were very dirty and just ran off) and brought them to the guy that graduated me and gave me the disk. At this point he takes my necklace that increased my relations with the gods (???) and turned it into one that made me physically faster. Wuut.

Oh, and for some reason I was an anime girl. I think.

Then there was this other, kinda seperate dream that came before it, wich basically consisted of an island ruled by some sort of dictator I arrived on. It was inhabited by undead, and I joined the rebellion. They constructed some sort of golem that started murderizing everyone and then it ended with a happy ending.

Yay happy ending! :D That is a pretty epic dream.
I always get that, where I can't remember the earlier, prequel-esque dream very well. Ah well.

Haven't really remembered any of my dreams since my last post. :( I know I had an exciting dream last time, but it slipped away before I could remember/record it properly.

I was in a restaurant trying to get a centipede out of a box of potatoes. I ended up shaking it out of the box and watching it scurry away while nobody else noticed, realizing there was now a centipede in the building that was probably going to crawl out and scare someone.

Some of my dreams were so good I could've made them into movies and made so much money. However, I forgot all of them. My subconscious mind is a creative genius, though.

My dream started off in a field, or was it a forest? Whatever it was, I was running down some kind of trail with wheat stalks growing like bamboo on either side. I kept coming to forks in the road but I had some kind of compass on my right gauntlet (I was lightly armoured) that showed me the right way. Eventually I came to a clearing and spotted Green Eyes dressed in some kind of train conductor's uniform and a fox the size of a labradore at her heels. So I pulled an ornate-looking hatchet from my belt and passed it to her. At this point I noticed that my left arm was unarmoured and sorta undead-looking. She said something along the lines of "Maybe you're not as green as I thought." and then the ground shattered beneath us and we fell into nothing.

Then I was in an empty void filled with floating yellow lanters (of the iron and glass type) and there was a guy walking around with a blue lantern hastily putting them out one by one. I tried to talk to him but he just moved on to the next lantern without answering so I turn around and notice that Green Eyes is there too. She opened her mouth to say something but a bright yellow light appeared on the 'horizon' and began to fill my vision. All I could hear was a deafening roar on a background of meaningless voices that made me feel small and powerless. Then I felt someone grab my hand and I woke up.

Worst part of this was that that 'light' was one of the earliest nightmares I can remember from my childhood. I hope I'm not retreading old ground because I don't want to deal with fire men and whistling paralysis clouds all over again.

Huh. A childhood nightmare returning to menace your adult dreamworld, like some kind of boss battle? Sounds cinematic right there. :P
Also, using abbr tags is a good idea. I might have to try that to reduce rambling when I post my dreams.

I was at home when I raised my right arm to look at it becuase it was itchy. I found two little inflammed hairs, so I pulled on them. Instead of those hairs, however, I began pulling out tapeworms out of my arm. What was more terrifying was that I felt the tapeworms wriggle around inside my arm as I pulled them out.

I managed to pull out many of them an they made a small pile on the counter, and began to coalesce into one super-thick and long tapeworm, which then began screeching and hissing at me, possibly tryign to communicate. Of course I didn't know Tapewormesian, so I deducted this must be a dream.

I woke up a second later.
