While flying overhead and surveying the developing nations for an acceptable target, the Golden Dragon spotted a race of creatures he had never seen before. They looked furry like some of the creatures of the forest, but they also looked very similar to humans. The Dragon decided to see if they tasted like humans. He landed on an island rock far off the coast, where most of the Kobolds were setting up pens for the fish. The Dragon boiled the water, killing all of the fish and killing the Kobolds who couldn't make it back to land in time. A few Kobolds tried to climb up on the sharp rocks which jutted out of the sea. They were momentarily safe, but the steam from the ocean flayed them alive. The injured who returned to camp were exiled due to their failure to bring back food. They all starved.

Theft and Master Theft both apply, but I don't think Kobold thieves would survive if they walked into a Megabeast's lair.
