This game pisses me off so bad I have to go into Dwarf Fortress and end the lives of an entire town after every time my Squad dies, yet I still play it. Am I stupid?

(For example: A Teacher and a Janitor killed three squad members at perfect health. DAFUQ?)

Here are some tips, first, get a founder with 0 Martial Arts skill, and go get into fist fights with ONE person at a time, do this until you get a lot of juice, around 200, then go and recruit some Mutants, if you're not Nightmare mode just get some random people, and get enough so you can have some people do "Liberal Disobedience" with some people, and give a few others some guns to go out and kill people until they die, keep doing this until the laws start to turn more liberal, and the public opinion is more liberal. Also, if Free Speach isn't C+, try and get the printing press by hitting the "Z" key to go to the safehouse menu of your current safehouse, then press "I" to invest, the printing press is 3,000$ if I remember correctly, sleepers stealing information and 6 hackers hacking networks are a great way to get get information for the Liberal Guardian.

What's Nightmare? I guess I could try having the mutants by my side... Right now my technique is pick-up line (my Seduction pretty high so it usually works), then either kidnap or keep, depending on job. Right after I kidnap and kill them the cops get all aggro and THAT'S where I always die.

Oh, thats what happens, you NEVER want to kidnap ANYONE until you have a very high level safehouse, and someone who can turn them liberal very fast. Although sleeper through seduction are a great way to get information for the Liberal Guardian. Nightmare mode is another mode in the game you can choose at the start of the game, and it makes ALL laws C+

I knew kidnapping people was a bad idea. While I need the advice...

1) How do I move my Squad from safehouse to safehouse without disbanding the group?
2) How do I make one member go do something while the others stay at home?

To make people move from their safehouse, hit the "F" to go to the travel menu, all places that can be used as a safe house will be on top of a places sub-menu, and have extra grey text next to them that other places wont. To make people do stuff, hit the "A" key, and then choose people that want you want to do stuff. If you want to assign tasks in bulk, hit the "Z" key in the menu after you hit "A."

Oh! I almost forgot something very important, if you choose to go on Nightmare mode, Death Squad Officers will replace police in a lot of situations, they will NOT arrest you, they will simply kill any liberals they catch on site, avoid them at all costs! They will be in your game until you get police misconduct or death penelty laws more liberal. Don't attempt to write the liberal guardian if Free Speach laws are C+ either, you will be raided by Firemen, and your safehouse will be burned down.
