Wanderer/ Soldier of Fortune
Whichever class he can afford for that week

Strifey's wandering his way through the world more or less randomly, with a long resume of skills, and experience as a specialist with the survelince systems beloved of various mercenary forces. He's just as happy sleeping on a bench as in a bed, so he just grins at whatever cards get dealt to him. However, he's got a very efficient, ruthless streak if he decides that something needs to get done.

Average build and height, with a many pocketed coat and old, worn-out boots. His hair's brown and his eyes are blue. The crash managed to give him a fairly sufficient smack to the head, but he decided that the blood running down the side of his head wasn't a big deal.

Chapter 2
Strife

Nicholas checks the nearby area for anything of interest, but apart from far-flung debris - and pieces of rockdust floating by slowly - there is nothing.



Jim, Legion and James dare to near the wreckage, the heat had dissipated as quickly as it was borne as the icy cold space encroached. Tumbling through the wreckage for a few minutes, it becomes evident that there is nothing of value remaining but scrap metal.

You recall that this planet was marked for terraforming
a few decades ago.
You remember reading that the colony was found abandoned
and in ruin by a cargo ship - a supply ship that visits every
year to deposit supplies that a terraforming colony does
not, by standard, produce - on their visit.
The colony was investigated but to no avail and was
later brushed under the carpet and abandoned, the case
left cold and to this day is a mystery.

How far or in what direction this colony is however, is not
to your knowledge.

Legion searches the remains of the ship for a small, sufficiently sharp and non-bending piece of scrap, preferably with one side dull, so he can grip it safely. Then he picks a direction at random and sets off.

"No point in staying here any longer. Let's go find something, guys."

[Zako]

"Maybe an escape pod made it off the ship before it exploded? At any rate, we should get an idea of where some stuff might be that we can use. Let's get a better look around."

Grab a long, straight pole for a walking stick and head for higher ground for a better view of the landscape.
