Alright, here's how leveling will work.

When 100 EXP is reached in the pool, I will make a DING! When that happens, players can tell us that they want to level up. When the majority asks to level up, we'll wait until the end of the current phase and then start the level up process.

I will take the average Total Level of everyone and round it. After that, I'll compare each player to the average. For every level below the average, you get a +10% XP of the pool (before any modifiers).

Sound fair to everyone?

However, I am bringing the server up now. If you do not have a pog and portrait yet, or have your stats put into said pog you need to get that into things as soon as you can. It is also a good time to work on macros if you didn't finish them yesterday.
