I caught 4 wild unicorns, 3 female and 1 male. But I don't know how to tame them or how to born a baby unicorn. Can anyone tell me?

In vanilla DF they are not tamable.

Unicorns lack any kind of pet tag and the trainable tag.  Despite this they should give birth in captivity even when wild. (i think)

If you want to make them tamable/trainable then you need to tweak the RAWs a little, this is not a change that would require a regen (you can alter your savegame raws)

Unicorns are in creature_standard.txt  They need [PET] and [TRAINABLE] to do what you are after I think.

even [PET_EXOTIC] works now, [TRAINABLE] is only needed if you want war unicorns

Don't get unicorn pets, build an automated system to farm them for their valuable bones and meat.
