The worst part of this, the part that makes we want to go curl up in a ball and cry my eyes out, is that his university supports this, and that the faculty told him he would go on to win a Nobel Prize.

Amalaha says his "groundbreaking" experiments show the north and south poles of two magnets are attracted to each other while same poles repel each other.

He concludes this “means that man cannot attract another man because they are the same, and a woman should not attract a woman because they are the same. That is how I used physics to prove gay marriage wrong".

I just realized a key flaw in his theory: With enough force, it is possible to push two magnets together.
Science gives us this equation: F[orce] = q[electric charge] * ( E[lectric field] + [instantaneous] v[elocity] * [vector cross product of] B [magnetic field].
Lets set the force pushing them together as Love, or L, the magnetic force as Society, or S, the electrical field to relative sexual preference, which we will call Preference, or P, the velocity to the encouragement from those around us to find love, or Bothering, which we'll call B, and the electric charge to Interest in love, or I.
 To replace the old variables with our new ones: L = I(P+B*S). As we know from movie cliches, the influence of others has no effect on who we love, so B and S are 0. That gives us L=IP. And since the only time that the sign of P, or the 'straightness' or 'gayness', matters, is when S < 0, we can say L=I|P|.

So I guess this amazing new theory would disprove gravity, as mass being alike to mass would cause it to repel? I mean if we are going to apply magnetic theory to things I think gravity is a lot more relevant than homosexuality.

Here is the problem with the two statements. For the first one the unfit animals are dead. For the second yes animals totally hurt themselves.
