The funniest thing about the people saying they've never seen this guy before in their lives is that apparently he's appeared in Doctor Who (and Torchwood) before .

Note how almost everyone complaining has the appearance of a teenage girl. Especially that Liam Hall Cook, dat girl is fiiiiine.

They're all watching Doctor Who for the wrong reason if the age *cough*physical attractiveness*cough* of the main character is enough of a reason for them to completely bail on it and disregard the plot, or the worldbuilding, or the wibbley wobbley timey wimey stuff.

You know, teenaged girls get to be shallow, too.

I seriously cannot stand the Dr. Who fanbase. They've got the one quality I cannot abide in fanbases, which is trying to insert the subject of their fandom into everything, force it on everyone else, and make it the center of their lives, worse than perhaps any other I have ever encountered.

Yes, even worse than the one we aren't allowed to talk about here anymore.

Ahh, but that's the best quality of fanbases!

In actual seriousness, I do love things like sports fans having rooms dedicated to their favorite team. People being passionate about things is great.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

People being passionate about things is great.
Passion swings both ways. Disastrously.

The majority of the complainers doesn't even get the name right. It's just the Doctor.

Doctor Who is the name of the show.

I'd like to see how some of them react to the first Doctor.

I actually conciously try to NOT insert DF/MSPA into everything because some people are annoyed by that ;_;

Can I say it? I wanna say it. I live in the USA, I have freedom of speech, and I'm gonna say it.

... Eh, never mind. Not sure if it would make the Toad mad or not.

I'm actually intrigued. When did Toady ban the mention of a certain fandom, and which one?

Tick tick tick tick...

Riiiiight, can't mention the unmentionable even for the sake of mentioning not to mention it. Censorship.

It's not against the rules to say that My Little Pony threads are against the rules now. It's just against the rule to actually have a thread.
