Yes it does. I'm not clear on what though. It's pretty well-known amongst pundits and analysts that the Affordable Healthcare act is his signature legislative achievement.

Of course, I say legislative because killing hated terrorists and toppling repressive Dictators is pretty impressive either way.

Monotheists win the "security/feel-good" category.
Atheists win the "logic/reason" category.
Pagans win the "fun" category.

On a more serious note, I find that atheism is the least caring. If your mind never even comes close to the subject of religion then I'd say you're an atheist.
