Person: Hey there!

Person: Good! I just figured out how the sun works!
Me (curious about what she learnt): How does it work?

Me: Yeah.
Person: That's how it floats in the sky!

I think youtube comments are gradually increasing in quality. Not that they'll ever reach any level of "good", but they arent as bad as they used to be. Tough the eternal "X PPL R Y LOLOLOL" remains a top comment.

I've found that the smaller the number of views a YT video has, the comments become progressively smarter. By the time the views hit zero the commentor has transended this reality.
