SO, looks cool. Anyone want to help me justify spending $15 on it?  :P

It has magma and I will kill a kitten if you don't.

I'd be careful about starting a kickstarter so close to the end of the year. Crowd Source money counts as personal income, and gets taxed as such. So if you kickstarter starts in this year and ends in the next, you might be opening yourself up for it be taxed twice.

UK tax is a bit different.. It will likely start in October and end in November. I'll probably form a limited company to avoid it getting eaten by the tax man.

Cool. Glad you like it. :)

The main issue is physically representing the pipes. I'm such a sucker for my aesthetic.

..So I've just received an email from one of the biggest digital distributors wanting to sell it. This has been a very crazy night. :O

Does not have to be pipes, you could have a exit upto the surface but only small so nothing but vermine and deadly deadly diseases can get through and could have fans at the top pushing air down.

Or having a oxygen farm underground by growing plants or further up the tech tree you could have machines which create and enrich the stale air, which can lead to malfunctions where the pump out something nasty instead.

Also what distributer ? :D

That's probably classified! At least, professional courtesy dictates it shouldn't be revealed. I think!

Either way, I haven't posted but have been following this for a while. I've been loving seeing a developer being this personal about their project. Normally devs tend to be less open about their feelings and their personal experiences :)

I wish you all the best, simoroth! :)

Oh yeah I've got atmosphere and plants and all the like. Just they really wanted venting systems.

Can't say who yet. Haven't replied to them.

So weird that no one does that. I guess it will get a bit taxing, but its totally worth it to get proper feedback on the game. I really enjoy discussing it. Helps me think of the problems before I try and implement them blindly.
