Does anyone here play Star Wars Combine? Please post your handle and contact info if you do. Maybe the Bay12Forums can start a mining operation.

I am Brian L`hnnar, a Geonosian currently working for the HC. (If you don't know what HC means, you don't need to know.) I do transport and stuff, and have put alot of pointd into piloting skills.

The Star Wars Combine is an free online Star Wars realtime rpg. That is, if you go from the Tamban to Mandalore sectors, it will take RL hours or even days to get there. The are factions within the game, which are buisnesses, armies, governments, etc. You can join one of them, or freelance jobs. Google it to find out more.

Thanks. My avatar/username stem from the fact that I loved the bionicle series when I was little, and Tahu was my favorite character. I keep it because it's easy to remember.

I played for a good few years, but as college started eating up my time and most work to do wasn't really all that fun I got more and more inactive, till the point I pretty much dropped completely from the game. That said, I might eventually drop back in at some point in time. Have they finally released combat?

Also, no combat, but I think that ships can shoot each other.

Ah, had missed the Handle in the OP. And don't be mean, do explain about the Hapes Consortium to people. Retired Lieutenant Commander Felius Ker-Nes here, currently occasionally filling for a warm body in Endara Reclaim.

Yep. There are a few possibilities, but I'm not about to try and list every corporation that fits the acronym. I'll just google your name instead, and find your name as the first famous members of the genosian race and see that you are listed as working of the hutt cartel.

Anyway, from what I've seen in the SWCobine guide and rules, the game still lacks actual ship to ship and player to player combat. You can fight with some critters though, or so it seems.

Oh, wow, SWC! Played that about 8, 9, 10 years ago! I was actually XO of Rebel Intelligence for a while, but alas, it was too much responsibility for my young mind I was also a researcher, and through forum roleplaying we managed to improve the design of the Mon Calamari cruisers, if I am not mistaken. We got it to go a little bit faster. Good times, good times...

I loved the game... I never did anything actually in-game, it was all forums and just generally living in the Star Wars universe.

I sort of out-grew roleplaying, which along with real life was why I eventually left.
