;-;
I weep, because it is unlikely I will ever reach the gloriousness of you few diligent elite.
Am I the only one who looks up there and get the instant urge to turn off the computer and go outside?

(Of course I always forget to turn it off)

or go outside

Nope ! I too, suffer from this. I see that little counter ticking, and I say to myself, I could have done so much in twelve days ! And then my brain start to estimate the kind of stuff it could have done in this time frame, basing itself on comparisons and standard time. X amount of books I could have read, X number of cakes I could have baked, how far could I have gone into learning a language. What a jerk. I hate you brain.

But what says those books, cakes, or languages are more valuable usages of your time?

Quote from: Chesterton
For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

The things I have learned (learnt?) from Bay12 can't be found in books. Like how you can kill creatures by throwing vomits at them in DF.

53 days and 4 hours.

In my defense, I often fall asleep with a Bay12 forum tab open.

So we're doing this again? D:

47 days, 11 hours. Which means 6.975 posts/hour, though I do tend to leave a B12 tab open while online.

Let's see, 65 days and 13 hours is somewhere around 1600 hours, and I have 7377 posts, so...
Eh, something like four and a half posts per hour. I'm not so good at doing math in my head as I used to be...
