you can go weeks without food
3 minutes without air, 3 days without water (I believe we've gone through 1 already), 3 weeks without food.

Grog is incredibly watered down booze, so I don't know about that.

Grog still has some amount of alcohol in it, and alcohol dehydrates the body faster (more water is used to filter out the harmful crap), so if you for some reason happen to find a huge stash of booze on the island and drink nothing but the booze, you're bound to die before sundown. You're a human, this time. Not a dwarf.

...

Just sayin'. A few swigs of booze every day or so is fine, but drinking nothing but booze without fresh water will kill you very quickly.

Yeah, we may no longer feel thirsty, but we still need to find fresh water.  If there's any water on this island, chances are, it'll flow out onto the beach at some point.  Keep walking until you find a stream.

If there isn't a source of fresh water on the island, then we're dead in a couple days no matter what we do.

We could try to boil some water and find some way of capturing the steam to condense the water, but seeing as we have no way to capture the steam, yeah, then we're screwed.

GM NOTE- I'm back, let's just say I was moving...

   Day 0 | Evening | Summer 22nd | 1575 AD

-You travel down the beach eastwardly.
You discovered a Creek.  It flows into the ocean from the north.
-You dump your branches.
-You forage in the forest to the north.
You find dry grass! You stuff it under your arm.
You find Wild Onions!  You stuff them in your other pocket.
The moon has risen, it is now Night.

You grow slightly more hungry as time passes.
You grow slightly more thirsty as time passes.
You grow slightly more tired as time passes.

Taste the creek water. If it tastes bad or salty, then it's likely not potable. Eat an onion, and try to build a fire out of the grass and sticks. If we succeed, then sleep a little more than arms distance away.

Clear out any burnable stuff, too. We don't want to burn EVERYTHING down.

If it isn't potable, then tomorrow we will work on a way to boil the water, or follow it upstream. Also, wait a bit before going to bed, and see if any fish are jumping about looking for surface food.

Build a small fire for the night, and sleep about a meter away from it.

Come morning, take a sip of water. If it tastes nasty or salty, walk upstream a bit and you should find its (hopefully better-tasting) source. Set up your permanent camp there.

When you wake up, dump the grog on the sand and refill it with the creek water. Gather your fire-building materials and head upstream to find a good area to set up sort of like a 'base camp' or something.

When you wake up, dump the grog on the sand and refill it with the creek water.
Or drink the grog and then refill the flask with creek water.

Try to make a spear out of one of the longer sticks by sharpening it with some rocks.  Use spear to fish.

   Day 1 | Morning | Summer 23rd | 1575 AD

-You finish off the grog, you couldn't pour it out in good conscious.  You fill it up with creek water.
-You pick up your kindling and travel upstream.
You come to a stone overhang.
-You begin clearing the area.
[ENDURANCE TEST] You grow slightly more tired.
You find a chunk of flint!
      You find {3} Brown Mushrooms!
      You find {2} Purple Mushrooms!
You find {1} Black and Red Mushroom!
      You find a.. human skull...

You've gotten pretty good at foraging!

You grow slightly more hungry as time passes.
You grow slightly more thirsty as time passes.
You grow slightly more tired as time passes.

Discard the mushrooms. Too much chance of accidentally poisoning ourselves.

Look for bugs instead. Ants, worms, etc. Turn over rocks and wood. See if we can use the skull as a vessel for water. Find a flat rock we can use as a frying pan.

Simply put, let's make a night-camp and look for everything we need to keep ourselves alive - food, water, and shelter.

Discard mushrooms, drink out of skull.  Them mushrooms might be poisonous!
