Armored Core V
« on: May 26, 2012, 12:51:04 am »

Since the stupid search enigine won't let you search for one-letter terms like "V" I'll make this new thread to ask.

Anyone playing this? It's got a major throwback vibe to the earlier games in the series as opposed to 4A's twitchy spazzfest boosting, the only problem is, I can't find anyone online playing.

I'd be totally down to start a B12 team, I game daily and would love to put some hours on this one.

I made a thread for it earlier, but interest seemed low here. I purchased it day one and my PS3 died the day before! Still waiting for a replacement sadly... I've been dying to play this. If you're on PS3 I'll definitely be willing to join in on some antics.

I have this on my ol' 360, it's pretty fun. I haven't played the earlier games though the story is a little confusing :I

Make new thread: "I didn't see a thread like this already", mention nothing on what the game actually is and assume that everyone already knows, ask if anyone plays.

0/5 post harder.

Given that most threads are like that anyways here it doesn't really matter. Plus this usually weeds out people that do know what the game is or draws interest. Also google is never far away.

If google is my source of information then why do we bother having this whole forum?  We could just google games instead of checking threads.

You can get the PS3 version for £17.95 at the moment.

I've only played 4 Answer and can't make my mind up whether to buy this or not.  Any want to try and convince me one way or the other?

Hard core mech battles that took strategy to play?

Try searching "Armored Core V" (quotes included). It should help.

What are some good AC games to play? I've tried AC2, AC3:SL, and LR. Last Raven is my favorite.
