So i started a new game and naturally i hunt to get me some food, i kill this emu on near a hamlet then suddenly EVERYTHING near by wants me dead. after running like hell away i noticed animals would still attack me in hoards Cats and dogs putting aside there differences to kill me and the entire kingdom wants me dead, what did i do? some idol emu?

Of course, you can just say 'Eff this', and go crazy with that large copper dagger of yours, stabbing their throats and such.

But if it's within the premises of a hamlet, you can be sure they own it, and they will get pissed at you if you do something to it (not sure if necromancy on already dead civvies makes them hostile in this current ver.).

Yeah, this is what happens when it's owned by the civ. Where it's not owned by someone specifically (thus resulting in not being tagged as such), but still belongs to the society.
