All dwarves stuck!

OK! All my dwarves are stuck in the Trading depot.. or at least where the trading depot used to be.

I had some brave traders unloading their goods and whatnot, and I wanted to trade. So I requested my trader at the depot. My broker was insisting on fishing. So I got irked off and made a burrow arround the trading depot, and made an alert for everyone to get into the trading depot. They did so, and I traded. Joy. I removed the alert and they're still hanging out inside the trading depot. One even has a fae mood. The dwarves(or at least some..) are willing to leave the trading depot long enough to haul stuff, but they always return, as if it was an incredibly aggressive meeting area. the fae mood refuses to recognize the nessesary shop, although someone was willing to build it. The manager refuses to aknowledge his previously aknowledged office. It's white like he owns it, but he keeps saying, "Canceled task, need an office".... I've tried everything I can think of, but I really can't find anymore reason why they should be hanging out inside the remnants of the depot.. (which I removed in case that was the issue.) Anybody know any solutions? ;_; I'll try anything.

Go into the squads menu and make sure all burrows and alerts are set to off? (I honestly don't know what else to do...)

I've also tried this. I mean, there should be no reason why this is happening! -_- I think I've lost my fortress if I can't find a solution..
