What happens if a tile is claimed by two players on the same turn?

What happens if a tile is claimed by two players on the same turn?
Claiming order is randomized every turn, so who gets the disputed tile(s) is 50/50. Or 33/33/33, or whatever.

Doomblade, I'll claim the river just south of my southernmost tile this turn. Anything south of that is yours, anything north of that is mine (except IronyOwl's land of course). Deal?

If you mean the river just north of my territories, I'd like a bit more room, but if you mean the river already in your territories, sure. Alternatively, how about the make the row of tiles in between the two rivers the border, with us splitting the river in half?

I mean the river Ironyowl's city is on, the one one tile south of my southernmost tile. (Just look at my orders, I'm claiming a river tile, it's that one.)
