I thought it would have been a good idea to try to start in an evil biome, all the evil specific plants, trees and syndromes, Sounded interesting to me.
So when I started the fort I started digging into a mountain(Like a dwarf fortress player is want to do) but then I got attacked by about ten grasshopper man corpses.
I lost four of my seven dwarfs but the miner, wood cutter and farmer were still alive so I thought I might be able to hold out until a migrant wave. I drafted my wood cutter and stationed him at the door in hopes he would be able to hold them back. He kept chopping up the undead until he got swarmed by grasshopper man and women body parts. He was actually rather good with a axe before he died. When he died he came back as one of those undead monstrosities. A near legendary axedwarf who became a zombie isn't easy to kill. He ended up leading all the parts of the grasshopper people after the two remaining dwarves. The entire fort was slaughtered.

Sounds rather dwarfy doesn't it?

A blood soaked dwarf attempting to slay numerous undead only to eventually fall and end up leading the siege.

Well, this is worldgen.


Even I find this horrible, and I am a kobold-fan.


So, I modded kobolds to have civs, towns, etc. I genned a world, and guess what....


"Age of goblins."


You'd imagine that goblins rule the world, right? WRONG. Its cause they got conquered. What? How? Well, my kobolds TRASHED THE UNIVERSE.


Humans, dead.

Elves, conquered and enslaved.

Dwarves, they escaped it, and took down the weakened civs. A few years later, goblin general and a human king. After I took a kobold adventurer, I noticed something.


EVERYONE WAS DEAD! Not a single city had anyone, there was max 10 people per town. Even the capital, dead. Bakc on goblins, well, dwarves conquered them. They integrated with the safe-haven of dwarves and reproduced. One became general.


So, yeah. Give kobolds 800 starter people and a civ, you got a trashed world. Im gonna trash the kobolds now. Cause I gave them goblin-sieges.
