I suggest A, I, and E.

I vote A,B,E. Also does H apply only to the queen or to all the other ants? I it is to all the other ants aswell then the part about allowing movement doesn't make sense.

Vote A, there is power in numbers! Also unlike some o the other options it improves our ability to do things other than combat, and gives us greater flexibility because we can choose what the new ants will specilize in.

Yes, but we need to feed those ants, and we're still not sure what's out there to eat.

EDIT: OH! I got it: ACE

C) the ability to lay a flying ant (1 out of every 5)
E) the ability to teach previously born ants new jobs
F) the ability to lay heroic ants (1d20 chance for each batch of eggs laid)
I)the ability to sacrifice all of a batch of larvae but one to make a much stronger ant

all look god. A is distinctly meh, we already have plenty of ants and can make more faster than we need them.

Then queen defense upgrades are almost entirely useless, if our Queen ends up in combat we've probably already lost.

G and H are sorta useful, but only in rare conditions.

no A. Seriously people, that's useless. There are far more important things to buy.

as for actions, have the workers harvest food from above ground, the soldiers guard the workers, the miners dig out a guard barracks near overmap entrance, dig exploratory tunnel around strange stone, and the queen make soldier ants.

You can't dig AROUND the stone because the GM is a railroader. You can't cut through the stone because it is solid granite. The only option is up and over, then down.

Well if you are taking C, A isn't too bad. More eggs = more fliers. But yeah, for the most part, what Angle said.

Given that food will always be a limiting resource, i think better ants > more ants. THis also means that more can be achieved if only a few ants are capable of getting somewhere.

C) Now we have the surface flying is nice. Those ants might also be good for getting over water and other otherwise impassible underground areas.
Finally F) 1 super ant may achive things which many ants can not do.
E) Does this mean change an ant from 1 job to another known job, or does it mean Invent a new job type? (If the former, I instead)

--
1 ant should should:
1 miner should continue doing an exploratory tunnel down.
1 ant should explore as far right as possible
both soldier should station themselves between the termite nest and the enterence.
1 soldier should permanently guard the exit <oh wait, we only have 2 soldiers ...> (i'm just going leave the overloaded orders here, as they are all important)

Remaing ants should:
as for actions, have the workers harvest food from above ground, the soldiers guard the workers, the miners dig out a guard barracks near overmap entrance, dig exploratory tunnel around strange stone, and the queen make soldier ants.

Edited instructions for soldiers

Hell if I know.  Pretty humourous suggestion, but utterly useless in the case of roleplaying, if indeed the whole game world was one whole huge ass field of fruit.
