I'm really hoping it wasn't specifically directed at anyone.
I thought it was basically the noise keyboards made when a key was hit.

now it seems increasingly unlikely.

Ah, thanks Sky. Derp.

I'm sorta out of it today...

Though I have to ask, what kind of keyboard makes that noise.

The difference between tap tap tappity tap, and t = f is not much.

A very, very sticky one. It all makes sense now.

Despite it being a rather funny misunderstanding I think maybe we should drop it. Seriously this is going a bit too far from what I can see.

My god that's a lot of fap.

So... mental Images of people? I always imagined Gatleos as this one homeless dude with ten thousand D6's what hangs out at the local internet cafe screaming something about mechanics and chocolate.

To me, Gatleos's  prowess in programming and Derm's post has led me to think of him as a dude with ten thousand d6s and a computer programming with one hand, running RTDs with the other, and screaming about mechanics.

I know.

at least I caused laughter, and I'll take it like a man!

that now looks like a tomato  :-\
There's worse. I once did interpretive dance in front of an entire school. I thought everyone was going to stand up and volunteer at that assembly meeting.

Anyway, greatorder is still a polar bear to me. For the most part, people tend to be their avatars, and when it changes, it tends to throw me off.

Let's see... I imagined Skyrunnner as the classic D&D DM, running around in a green hooded robe. I think it came from an earlier avatar.

Unless you know something about the person or saw them in the photo share thread it's always based on avatars.

I kind of wondered how people see me since I'm always hopping avatars as I make new characters.

Right now, I see you as your character, but speaks in a male's voice.

Weird, right? xD

Also, that green hooded robe is Creeper-chan.

No hard feelings, it just came together so perfectly. :P
I won't be forgetting Fapmaster Supreme anytime soon, though.

Derm is some kid sitting at a computer desk on a slab of igneous rock floating in a sea of magma, surrounded by moaning prisoners hanging from chains and trapped in cages. He occasionally drubs their shins with his ancestral staff.

Skyrunner is someone sitting in front of a computer in a low lit room surrounded by charts and dice, with a constant o_O look on her face, occasionally mumbling to herself and scribbling notes. I have to say I imagined corrective lenses too, like Truean and ffs did. Not sure how that works.
