i don't know if it's me, but i can barely understand the world and stuff
so..
are there texture packs?
and if not, are they going to be implemented/created?

The suggestions forum is for suggestions, and the questions forum is for questions.  Please try to keep your threads in the proper place, or it can upset some people. 

For graphics packs, you should more generally check the modding forum.  Phoebus, Ironhand, Mayday, Jolly Bastion, and others are available.  There are also plenty of tools on the wiki to check, and the wiki is your best friend for any questions.
