Does anyone know if Hearts of Iron III Complete includes each and every single DLC?

Also it seems it's not activateable on Steam. While I love Amazon, I prefer to have my games centralised on a single platform.

DLCs, yes (Semper Fi and For The Motherland). But I think it doesn't include the spritepacks.

Found my giftcard, victory is mine! Played my first game as the Duke of Greater Poland. Was going pretty swimmingly at first, then King Boleslaw (which I can't read without thinking it says "coleslaw") picked a fight with one of the Baltic tribes and wound up with ALL the tribes declaring war. This did not end well.

Next game, I went back to the well and started a game as the Duke/Prince of Smolensk, since I had a CK1 game with that starting point that wound up controlling the Byzantine Empire, all of Russia and the Middle East. My plan is to copy the original strategy and steadily isolate and absorb the Baltic pagans until I can form the Kingdom of Lithuania, and then get my Rurikovich cousins to swear fealty to me and eventually wear the Russian crown (and then the Khazar crown, the Byzantine crown, etc.)

Did HoI3 ever get fixed or does the AI still fly around the world faster than you can tech up enough to fly across a shallow pond?

Was not aware that was ever a problem. Sure the AI wasn't just airbase-hopping? Using Axis bases, the Japanese can redeploy their airforce to the Rhine if they so choose.

I seem to remember cheating my tech up and not being able to hit Greenland from Canada. It got stupid and I uninstalled.

Confirmed! I don't see it advertised anywhere, but I bought the CK2+Vic2+SotS+whatever bundle and it just applied the promotion. It cost me the whopping $0!

Unfortunately, it doesn't offer a Steam code I don't have Divine Wind on my Steam installation, and apparently I ain't gonna get it this way. *sniffles*
