Yeah, OK, they're going to be done today. It was part homework, part my not being prepared to start two games at once leading to me ending up not doing crap on them for several days, and part my own unreliability at hosting games. That's all I'll say on the matter.

     You go to your computer after another hard day, to the P-Date, a local dating site you go to. Lately, there have been some problems with some troublemakers who have been causing trouble, but it should be OK now, right? This line of reasoning leads to an utter shock when the dating site is locked down, with only a link to an emergency forum. Clicking the link, you discover that the troublemakers went too far and murdered someone.

     In a snap decision, you go on to the live chat and decide to help. When you catch these guys, you're going to rat their secrets to the police, and they're going to be gone! They're murderers! THis is too far. And so despite the strange interface requiring usernames instead of profile pictures, you sit there, and you type.

Day 1 has begun. It will end 5-8 PM Pacific time Friday.

I believe I attempted to read a game but to be honest am really put off by the game being confined to a single thread. So I never started! I'll be sure to follow this one though don't you worry.

I was going to ask if you guys do hammer voting/most votes but I see the answer is in the opening post. (gross, most votes lynch)

Clearly his vote was just an attempt to scare me into a silly blunder.  Admirable try, though.

Tiruin, do you think addressing everyone instead of just a select few is more effective in gathering information, given that dilution means no real pressure?

I'm not quite sure, it really depends on situation. In this game I'd either protect someone I think isn't scum, or just randomly until I have a good feeling someone's sharing a wincon with me.

I'd target the people acting the most solid (generally more experienced players)

And why do I always get these kinds of questions?

It really depends on how close it is to LYLO. The closer it is, the more likely it is that I'll announce it to the town and get the scum I caught lynched that way. Earlier on, I'd probably try find legitimate reasons to vote for them.

Urist: Let's say you're a vigilante. How do you decide when to shoot and when to hold fire?
