Thus any negative comments about religion (or even which console is better, or Mac vs PC) could probably quite easily be deemed in court as comments which can only serve the purpose of annoying or offending someone else.

Why don't we just skip the middle-man and turn Arizona into one giant prison/insane asylum? Joe Arpaio can be Governor-Warden of the place, and we'll post guards all around the border, facing inwards.

Added bonus that the rest of the country now has a penalty worse than capital punishment.
