Having been witness to an overloaded manipulator, I would state not. It is also a monumentally bad idea.

I wonder... an overloaded amp could theoretically be used to cancel out a second overloaded amp, correct?

Theoretically. However, as overloading an amp kills the user, I am not eager to find out.
