"So Steve, who did you have in mind for this supervisor job? Because I nominate Flint here if you're taking suggestions. Team, we'll discuss splitting up as it becomes necessary. That sound good, Miya?"

Jim talks.

"Wow, I'm honored. I had never considered that, I'm not sure I would make a good leader. But if the others believe I can better serve the revolution from here, then I won't shy away from my duties. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. There's still time for something bad to happen to me."

"Okay, hunting UWM specialists, here are my tactical suggestions and information:

I suggest we get Lukas to high ground. I can get Lukas to high ground near the enemy's last known position with my rocket pods. He can provide covering fire with his Particle Condenser Sniper Rifle.

I could carry any of you who need transport. And I could go fly above the SW last known position to scan the area. Working together with the Blackship, and other fliers, we could flush him out and kill him, provided we have an amp user to deal with those nuclear rounds.

I also have some leftover drones from The Wastes of Time that could be used to check the Amp Specialist's status with minimal risk. If he is confirmed alive, we need to hit him, either with overwhelming force (like high explosives, amps and mundane weapons combined) or indirect and unexpected attacks (radiation, high energy projectors, exotic artifacts, burying him under the ruins of the repair pit).

The Urban Executioner will be easy to spot by aerial units if he's trying to make his escape above ground. We should cover any underground escape routes to completely cut him off. We could also use Steve's newfound power to order the Sods to restrain anyone they see or otherwise impede his progress. If he mind controls them, he should be easy enough to spot."

"Given the new information, should we continue with checking floor 50?"

"There's an unconfirmed amount of UEs left, so I would say yes. But we should probably go ahead and split up now. Anyone who can fly should head up, and I'll take anyone who can't to sweep 50."

To be honest I'm not entirely sure. Between the two of us Miyamoto is the brains of the operation. I would suggest asking him.

Lyra wants to help out on the manhunt. She'll probably contact you since I told her to. :p Just giving you a heads-up about it.

I dunno Jim, I think it would be best if we decide on what teams we'll need as soon as possible. We need to hunt them down as fast as possible after all, and the more systematic we do this, the less chance of them slipping through the holes in the net.

Now, I was thinking that we'll need 3 kinds of teams: one team that goes amp hunting, one rapid-response team that will quickly engage the SW when he's spotted and finally, a few search teams to close the net on the SW.
I'm not sure if we'll need to keep a team to defend the gangway just in case, but I think that the rapid-response team can do that while waiting for the SW to be found. If you agree on this general plan, then we can discuss specific team layout.

((Sorry SC, no lazying this one, we have work to do  :P  ))

Keep resting the 'ol brain. If Bishop is done this turn and Steve says we don't need to defend the command room, go fetch Auron and then go back to the sword the way we came.

"Erm, very well. Good to see some initiative. We can stick you with a sweep team that doesn't have someone with cameyes, you'll be of good use there."

>Acceptable. I expected more, actually. A fight between two amp users usually either ends very fast or is very drawn out. Usually with a great degree of property damage on either side. As per this amp specialist; did you see him die? As in can you see a body? Because if not, assume he's alive. I can't sense him, but assume he's alive and angry.

"Nope, can't confirm he's dead. Really, if he's as powerful as you said he is, this was barely round one. Let's hope we can go for a quick knock-out in round two."

Jim shrugged. "You do what you think's best. I'm still going to search this floor, by myself if necessary. There has to be a reason the elevator stopped here, and I intend to find out."

"Very well then. I was kinda hoping you'd want to go after the Amp Specialist, cause it seems you are one of the people perfect for it, but if you really prefer to sweep that floor first I have no problem with that. I'd do it myself no problem, but it'll be a good while before I'm capable of actually using my manip again. I'll think about team layouts."

((Note to all: if you have any ideas, preferences, or other remarks regarding how we should divide up the teams, speak up now. I'll try to organize the teams tomorrow night or the day after that, but it'll be good to have a rough idea of who wants to be on what team. No promises on being able to actually form teams by then or that you'll be in the team you'd prefer though.))

((Lars will do whatever he's told, but since he's got MkIII and good conventional he's probably best used for rapid response.  I don't think there are any really right or wrong answers (except sending all the unmission newbies after the amp specialist.) ))

"Wait... We actually have one of those? Shit... The more you know...

As for interesting, well... How did what you were doing just a moment ago go for you? Have any real troubles? How have the other teams been doing? Also, got any ideas on how to close in on that Shadow Walker?"

Talk to Steve. Wait patiently until he's done, then head with Miyamoto.

(( Scout out somewhere with cover for me to land the blackship in and we can bring your entire locker contents. Sadly, I don't have a good enough idea of the layout in my head to know if such a place exists, though. I'm not sure if anyone else at the Sword can get your equipment out there quickly, especially the heavier stuff like your jumpjets and Milno's MKIII. Maybe another MK III user?

I'm thinking a good plan for the hunt squad would be to load up the blackship with your gear and the relevant defense team members, rendevous with you and Milno and drop off your gear and some reinforcements, and then juke around up there until someone (probably me) gets shot at. The only question is whether there is somewhere we can bring the blackship near you without it being a high risk landing, or whether we should just sort of drop your gear out the door as we fly by :P ))
