Jobasio made his way slowly through the door, gauss rifle braced against his shoulder as he swept the room.
"More victims. Could be anything hidden amongst all this machinery, though."

>Sweep the room carefully, check amongst the machines and storage tanks along the walls.

>Also examine the equipment itself for damage etcetera.

((Well great, I got skipped again... :'())

>Do that action again, and speak over the comms:

"Teams A and B, you've encountered survivors, correct? Might I warn against coming into close contact with them just yet? We've no doubt picked up traces of the plague on our suits, and if they are unprotected against such we could quite possibly kill them all just with our presence."

Bishop cuts in right after Joe.

"Ignore him. The only way that anyone hasn't been infected by now after such a long time from so many dead bodies is if they are wearing suits or are already infected. And it doesn't matter if they are infected or not, thats not what we have to worry about."

Lukas decides to follow Bishop's advise and stays outside. "I'll just wait here and guard the entrance."

Stay outside and guard entrance.

Jobasio glanced at Bishop, then shrugged and went back to his search. "If you wish. It seems to me quite likely that they've survived this long by avoiding the plague, but perhaps you're right; it may not be a particularly quick killer at all."

Name:Flint/Bloody Miner - Team C - Water production

@Command: "Command is it OK if we bring him back to the APC? You have medics right?"

Ask command. Help carry the man to the APC. Else examine the room for damage or someone hiding.

@Team A and B: "Once you're done negotiating with the survivors (and if they and you are still alive by then) can you ask them about what happened, especially in those rooms we're exploring. Every bit of info helps."

'No, don't tell them we breached these chambers! Seeing how they treated those they deemed 'infected' back in the level above, I don't think they'll co-operate if they think there's a chance to get infected themselves. We should be careful not to let the sick come into contact with the healthy, or all hell might break lose. In fact, I'm designating the first half of the APC's to only carry uninfected, while the remaining half carries the sick. Also make sure you're not escorting them back while we are bringing these sick people in. We'll tell you when we're ready with our group, then you guys can bring in yours.

Everybody agree on this?'

To Flint: 'Sorry for undercutting you like that, but I really suspect they'll start rioting again if they fear for getting infected.
By the way, would you like to trade that chisel of yours for this mining laser? Seeing how your suit has more lifting power, while mine is much more mobile, I think we would be more efficient that way.'

"I agree with Miyamoto, we don't need to tell them that we opened the doors to the important or dangerous stuff, like oxygen production for example. They might get ideas about attacking it when we aren't there and screw over everyone else in the colony to kill off any more infected people. Kinda against what we are trying to accomplish here..."

"Yes, but asking is not the same as telling. You know, someone could say something like 'Say what is in that room old chap? I dare say we were quite boggled by the appearance of such scripture on the door.' Anyway, you're the boss."

'Everybody agree on this?'

Milno sighs before answering. Newbies and their keen abilities of observing the obvious...But with a blind point.
"Of course that would be the obvious way of dealing with the matter, to the point of an unspoken agreement between anyone in our teams with at least half a brain. Explaining it does clear up to the 'special' people we are lugging around, I suppose."

"However" he continues, cracking a sour smile. "We don't know if Command will even leave all APCs open for that plan or if they'll insist on simply filling one of them before allowing us to fill the next and repeat, making us fill one by one. Do you remember their orders? The matter about mixing the infected and the healthy was already brought up by one of us, and they don't seem to care much about it."

"Hey steve." You speak into the air.
>Yes?
"Could you guys also make a hamburger out of this arm when they cut it off? I wanted to eat it just for the sake of tasting it."
>That is horrible and disgusting. It will no doubt set you apart and create fear in your team mates. So of course.

((The title is a lie. It must be! WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE REAL HMRC?!))

Team D Leader Faith, Oxygen Production

"Damn it, looks like they all decided to have one guy kill everyone and then himself. Or if not, this guy had really good aim. Except on himself."

Loot and examine gauss pistol, then read the piece of paper in his hand.

Over radio: 'I would rather state the obvious a dozen times if it prevents even one unthoughtful act by anyone. Besides, I don't suspect Command could have any objections to a request as simple as 'let us fill up the APC's as we see fit', especially if it means we could save a few extra civilians.'

'I wonder if his origin as a farm boy, and possible subsequent feelings of inferiority, is the origin of his pathological need to oppose people and reassert himself as the 'Alpha Male' in this group.' Miyamoto thought to himself. Indeed, Freudianesque psychology musings had always been a favorite passtime of him.

'Maybe I should ask him about his relationship with his mother...'

"Yes, but asking is not the same as telling. You know, someone could say something like 'Say what is in that room old chap? I dare say we were quite boggled by the appearance of such scripture on the door.' Anyway, you're the boss."

'What you're saying is true, but I'd rather not risk them getting suspicious if we start bringing that up. In any other situation though, you'd be completely right. Let's just stay careful for the time being, we could always ask them later on if necessary.'

((You should try to use the "" instead of the '', I'm not sure what are thoughts and what are spoken words :P))

"Excuse me, Miya. Suppose what we're dealing with is some kind of biological drug - something that can be easily made in a colony with base chemicals or materials, but then one which doesn't cause an alarm like any mutagenic properties - one which intensifies a person's sense of jurisdiction or their beliefs on morality or mortality.

"Seeing what the signs are, and especially...what else is given. I'm starting to believe the people had it as an aid to their work.

"I suppose nobody tried to do an autopsy on one of the corpses - specifically the Miner guy who had the suit all closed but dead inside? You said that yourself, Bishop."

"Unless you have some sort of forensic equipment or space magic thingy I don't think you would be able to find out much besides:
1.The guy's lungs exploded with blood.
2.The guy's kicked the bucket more then a weak ago.

Unless of course there was some sort of alien worm living in his brain. But when's the last time that happened?"
