You grab some food and water from your bag and head into one of the tents, shoving boxes out of the way as you go. You take a seat in the sand and eat your rather meager dinner before laying down. 

Find a good spot to sit (and later lie) to give the legs rest. Have a healthy drink and eat-drink of the liquid/paste food. Check the amount of food and medical supplies left.
Yawn and stretch. Switch off the microphone. Give in to the understanding that I lost half an arm. Try to be optimistic about the Paracelsus' Sword medical staff reattaching it back. Drift off to sleep. Dream of the horrible alien ponies that caused the ruination of the Tower.

You sit down near Faith and go to get some food from your bag only to realize you don't have an arm. You stare at the stump for a long moment before getting your food with the other hand. As you eat dinner you check on your remaining supplies. Food and water look good for a few more days, but you're down to a 2/3's full emergency kit in terms of medical supplies.

You switch off your suit's non-vital functions and lay down in the sand. You hope you can get your real arm back. [med:4+1] Who are you kidding? It's already beyond the reanimation time limit.

The Fall team continue to sleep as the Away team arrive back at the gateway out of the Abyss and shove Thomas through before climbing out themselves. They find their former guide sitting at his kitchen table, looking very annoyed that someone has thrown an unconscious man on his dinner. (The fall team is gonna be asleep till the away team heads back, so don't dawdle.)
