Wow, that XKCD comic is awesome. Quite meta. On a hunch, based on the alt text, I tried that xkcd webcomic in other browsers and got different comix. Snake one on IE, location related earthquake on Chrome, RIT one on firefox (as I also am at RIT). Seamonkey is the same as Firefox, Opera gives a slightly different snake comic from IE. Even the alt text changes! OOH! Resize your browser windows too! The snake changes!

Some more fools day stuff:
http://artoftrolling.memebase.com/ Art of trolling is now featuring only pictures of those old troll dolls.
http://memebase.com/ Memebase and some of the related sites have ZALGO.
http://verydemotivational.memebase.com/ Demotivational has inverted the black border around the images to cover the center of the images.

My XKCD comic's ending related to hurricanes; How appropriate. I love the nonchalance about it being a CAT2 as well. That cracked me up.

Oh, we gotta check out SCP Foundation. Or not, I am a little scared if they decided to do a "Containment Breach" prank.

The Michigan one is like that, but replace the hurricane with the two walking through a blizzard (and the guy saying "It's only three more miles")

I just realized why mine didn't make sense.  I got the same thing about a hurricane, mine being Dallas, but I've had two different last panels.  This morning, it was "Six months later" and a blizzard (to which I said, A for Effort).  Now it's a tornado, which makes vastly more sense.

Okay, going to XKCD with Tor's Aurora browser gives me this.

The IE xkcd changes based on your window size.

My mobile phone gives me:
"You have exceeded your verizon monthly bandwith cap.
Mobile web browsing has been disabled."

with a handdrawn warning symbol.

It’s a reference to the movie Blade Runner.

IIRC the replicants can't understand that question.  BHG is just an asshole.

Odd...so in Firefox, I got the snake one (if you go up to 1440x900, there's a ring of some kind on the snake), in IE I got this:
http://xkcd.com/1037/

And in Chrome, I got the earthquake/hurricane one. Which now says "North Carolina" instead of "Florida" in the 3rd panel.

And again I say....Randall, you magnificent bastard.

EDIT: *facepalm*. That link just runs the Umwelt code, so everybody's output will be different. And the content was dynamically generated, so I can't even just right-click the image and put the link because it's multi-panel. Well played, Munroe. Well played.

I seriously wonder how he can even feed himself with all the work that goes into xkcd.

XKCD is puling up the earthquakes/tornadoes in Texas one for me on IE and fox. Not completely accurate of course, Killeen, TX is only the third worst place I've ever had the liberty of being in.
