By the way, anyone know of a structure ghenerating mod for 1.6.4?
I know of the ruins one which Forsaken have on his server, but I dislike most of the things in that mod.
I would prefer if it spawned medieval-ish buildings during worldgen.

Well I have taken a look at it, sure I could remove the constructions I don't like from the folders, however I have no idea where to get buildings to add to those folders.

Well I try not to use that mod, since it seem to lag my game more than usual.
However I do like Millenaire, it just has a few issues.

Well I try not to use that mod, since it seem to lag my game more than usual.

Yeah, which is why it'd be ok for you if you could turn off the actual village parts and just use the ruins. But somehow I doubt that's easy to do.

Back home again, trying to see if updating forge would help (forgot to do that for some reason).
Nope, didn't work. I will list the mods I have installed (not the ones Forsaken already have on his sever, since those seem to work fine.)

Nothing pops out at me. I'm running a lot of those mods fine.
Programmer instincts tell me that 90% of errors occur between the keyboard and monitor, so best to get user error off the list before moving onto more technical stuff like console logs. Don't want to go diving through that junk without casus belli.

So you are using the smelter control block, right? It should have a black rectangle on it, unlike the normal smelted stone. And you are right clicking that. And absolutely nothing happens?

Yes, I am using the controller, the one with the name 'controller'.
And so far nothing seem to happen when I right click itī.

Strange... Do you know what version you are running? And did you ever edit the config file?
I'm trying out 2.0-19 right now and the only way I can get the interface to not open is by sneak clicking, but I doubt that is the problem you are having.

No, not the same problem.
However yes, I have changed some things from true to false and vice versa in the config,
but no more than that.
Also, I am using version 1.4.7d12 (1.6.4)

Have tried disabling the mod (removing mod files and config files) and enabling it.

edit: waaait.. I am using the developers version instead of the stable one.. Hmm..

edit2: You know.. I am going to need a huge palm for this face.

That is a really weird error then... I've managed to sort out the conflicts for my current pack, I could send you the files and config if you like, it includes Tinkerers construct, Thaumic Tinkerer, Extra TIC and they all seem to be playing nice.

I didn't end up putting the gravestones in, because I'm not a fan of mods that let you easily recover items on death, makes things a little too easy for me, but I could add it in for you if you like.

Right now I'm toying with trying to get Mists of Riov to work, but it is being a problem child. Putting things where they shouldn't be...

Yes, that would make things easier for me.
Also, it would be interesting to see the mods you recommend.

Altough my problem was fixed by using the stable version instead of the developer's version.
So.. yeah.. guess who headdesked.

This should have all the needed files.
Still messing with configs every now and then to change what creatures appear where, but it is alright right now.

Even tough I follow the same procedure as with Forsaken's modpack.

Yea, I'm not 100% sure how Forsaken got his in an easily extracted state, so I just zipped up some relevant files. Best way to run it would be to run 1.6.2 + forge with no mods, then when that works copy the mods into the mods folder and config into the config folder.
