I have a specific way of your helm working, NRDL, and it is possible to dominate PC's minds, though it's much more difficult then NPC's minds. In any case, there will be some NPC's to play around with next turn, all thanks to Tiruin and his 2 timelines 2 1's.

Well, lets just say that they are paradoxical time-line demons, trapped that were trapped in the in-between world for millennia.
On a power-scale, they are about as strong as you.
Maybe if you all work together you could bring them down...
