The trick there is to holster your weapon and play along while it tries to arrest you. The Mk. X uses a modded AI module from a police robot. If you are unarmed it has a block in place which disallows it from taking any hostile action. It will ask you three times to surrender before it will try to physically restrain you. You can use that time to run past it and close the door. Be careful though, its melee attack module is a modified brain from a pleasure bot... it gets rather inventive so don't let it catch you.

Okay, I rolled a character on the scifi-server, but managed to fail spectacularly after the initial missions.

I flew my ship into the Black Dust Sector, but little did I know it requires special protection to not have your ship disabled.

I am now at some unknown planet inside or behind the black dust sector, armed only with a vibro-butter-knife. The place is full of dinosaurs, I'm fairly sure. I'm currently hiding in the wreckage of my ship, with Methusalad and a power-armored skeleton who tries to stab everything.

What do I do.

Dude, just reroll. If your life depended on getting out of this one alive I'd say pull the power couplings out of the wrecked ship and try to tinker a crude tazer - which is significantly better than a normal tazer, for some reason - but it's just not worth the hassle.
