aaaand... it's a gauntlet, menacing with spikes of dwarf bone. So boring... the least he could do was add some sort of mania-induced carving of a chicken or something...

You're more lucky then I am. The only fell mood dwarf I ever got was in the original 40D version of my MorningDaggers world. And that dwarf didn't even get to finish his creation. He was beaten to death by a berserk dwarf while making it.

I would have figured that Rackscar's would have seen a fell mood by now. But, nope. Nothing.

I am still not a master like my one friend. He got his one dwarf to make an entire wardrobe out of his dwarves, especially the mayors. (40D). And murder the hell out of the military by picking up a spear and going apeshit.

Course, the dude just doesn't care about his dwarves.

But lets see...I think he had a Mayor skin hat, mayor skin vest, boots made of dwarf, and something else.

Guy i wouldent be complaining, i just recently got a artifact adamantine hammer. For noobs who dont know, adamantine is very very light and it terrible for blunt wepons, baisicaly equivilant to using a warhammer made of cork, however its the rarest mineral in the game..... so yeah.

Is the #1 requirement for fell moods that the dwarf is unhappy? This is so counter-intuitive.

For *fell* moods specifically, which are an particularly unhappy type of mood.  Not for crafting-moods in general.
