One thing we could do is simply start the tournament now, and accept that week 1 will run long until ank returns and has a chance to play his game. This will let the other six people play their first games.

This assumes ank will actually want to play in the tournament, which is an obviously dangerous assumption.

Or, we could see whether he or another person who's interested gets here first, and whoever does wins the coveted 8th spot!

Thank you to everyone for signing up and playing. Hopefully you'll all have fun this season. I apologize for the absurdly long delay in getting the season started, for I am seemingly incapable of organizing anything. Still, that horrible part is behind for now and we can get on with playing and having fun -- things will hopefully go smoother from here.

One important note, however. I seem to have misplaced my list of players from last season, containing things such as your timezones and your names on steam. If you would all be so kind as to repost that information at some point so I can put it in the OP, I would be thankful.
