I don't know if anyone's seen this yet... Designating stairs over multiple z-levels, all the way to the bottom of the map, seems to reveal the circus... Almost definitely a bug. Not sure if anyone else could get this, or it's just me.

- Best weapon againist zombies - hammer. Axes are ok, spears suck, hammers kick ass! Swords and maces are to be tested.

Yeah. I have an iron war hammer and am one-shotting zombies with a normal whack to the upper body. They fold real easy to blunt force.

Axes cut them up too much. Spear bashes and sword pommel strikes are great as well, but in Fortress mode you can't guarantee them. Maces I expect would perform just as well, if not slightly better than hammers. I'm expecting picks to be pretty good at killing them, but will create a bunch of severed limb zombies afterward.

Agreed; testing for me so far shows that smashing is the best way to go, at least unless Toady decides to change/fix how reanimation works, and how frequently.  You want to minimize severed parts, unless you WANT a swarm of zombie limbs where once were only a couple zombies.

Waters behaving like magma, it doesn't seem to go up z levels.

I haven't tested in .02 yet, but it certainly does in .01. Still pressurized.

Should my the info I've collected on Husks be added to this? It's some pretty FUN stuff.

Imagine the will it took to create a fortress like this. And what have you elves built? Nothing. You can only loot and break. You're not dwarves!! You're just termites at Versailles.

It's not that I don't suffer, it's that I know the unimportance of suffering, I know that pain is to be fought and thrown aside, not to be accepted as part of one's soul and as a permanent scar across one's view of existence.

On a full moon, they will attack your fortress, similar to a siege. (Verification needed)
Other Werecreatures exist, the creature they turn into appears to be random.
Cannot stop a job once it has begun (i.e. digging, chopping down a tree) (Needs verification)

I can verify all of the above. With regard to job cancellation, it appears to be only related to in-progress designation-based jobs, it is possible to force a job to cancel by isolating the active worker to a burrow that does not include said job, then removing the job designation once it is no longer active.

I did the same thing in .01 it might be my understanding of water but water is 7/7 in the river, there are two tunnels. One tunnel is on the same z level as the river and the tunnel connected to the river is one is one z level below. The water enters the lower tunnel but won't rise to the upper tunnel- the level that it is in the river.
