Good evening, gentledwarves. I am new to the Bay12 forums, however have been lurking for a while, but this is my first post. The main thing i have been interested in is Adventurer mode, namely the hand to hand combat. Those fortress players man, they think flooding the world with magma is dwarfy?* Try ripping a mans head off with your BARE FUCKING HANDS.
(I do play fortress mode, i just suck at micro-managing)
Back on topic, I have been figuring out ways to murder the elves/bandits/megabeasts/carp with bare hands in arena mode. Most of these, unless specified otherwise, are tested by dwarves v dwarf(For fairness reasons, by which i mean fuck those guys.) The dwarves being Grand master Fighter, striker, biter, wrestler and kicker, and wearing full iron. If anyone else has attack combinations (Called, "combos" by elves) post them, and i would be willing to test them, especially if it involves boogeymen. Fuck boogeymen. Also, a proper name for a dwarven martial art would be nice.
The disarmer
Basic move, used against enemies with weapons naturally.
Let them come to you, the most basic thing you learn, the first strike always helps.
Grab *weapon upper arm* Always check which arm it is by looking at them, there is alot of left handers in this game.
Lock said arm, then break it.
Grab by any part, i find the head to work well, then takedown.
Then a swift boot to the noggin, hopefully killing, if not, repeat the kick.
The fuck the civilians
Want a quick kill to an unarmed, untrained elf civilised being?
Grab the head, takedown, boot to the noggin. Bam.
The vampire
Yes, i know they are being released. No, i don't care.
Grab and choke the throat 'till they pass out.
Bite throat.
Shake until major artery severed.
Either walk off while they bleed to death or boot to the noggin to put them out of their misery.
