Seriously, people. I've modded in breasts, penises and testicles. So? We have freaking STONES IN STOMACHES now. Stop being childish :).

Toady avoids adding genitals from the same reason he avoids adding poo when we have vomit. It's just a personal taste. But it doesn't mean that it's wrong.
