Robes and cloaks for your army,   quivers for your marksdwarves and if you've got sand lots and lots of bags for hundreds of glass trap components

Why couldn't my vampire Hammerer eat someone useless, like a migrant? Instead, she went after my only gemcutter.. but sadly there were no witnesses, so I convicted someone's pet duck as the murderer.  It got off easy, with no beatings or jail time.  >.<

I have 65 dwarves and oddly i have yet to be approached about a baron even though i have Imported 178,000 in goods and exported
118,00. (I over embellished my dwarven civ)

I had more artifacts made... by already Legendary workers.

A Diorite Crown: I am going to have a happy baron or king.
A Diorite Earring
A Andesite Hatch Cover
and a Highwood Floodgate

Most of my dwarves are happy due to in part my legendary dining room attended by my 3 legendary masons. I made them carve the entire cavern layer and more.

I also have two forgotten beasts... one composed of fire and the other is a Crab... i havn't opened access to the area below yet at all.

I am building a pit as well.
I will start posting pictures soon

Just a slightly inane suggestion:

Sever demon limb
Encase in obsidian
Make into sword
Kill/main/injure/commit genocide with said sword

...you can infuse the demon's arm into the obsidian like a cast?

The history of a good fortress is not written in blood, it's painted on the walls by the hand of a melancholy orphan.

Bless your black heart.  I'm sigging this.

P.S./O.T.  Hemocyanin is apparently colorless when unoxygenated.

Technically a dwarf might lob off a limb of the demon and i could dump it in an area to have obsidian be casted over it. *Water + Lava = Obsidian Block* Then have a dwarf make a obsidian sword from it.

Also i have 4 forgotten beasts roaming the caverns. One is made of fire another made of glass one made of salt. Some breathe poison... I have yet to open the area below to walk the cavern floors

Thundering Boulder has hit some primo stuff. Like a Giantess in a cage.

She appeared toppled a Bee Hive and casually walked over one of the random cage traps around the front of my fort.

180 degrees of randomly placed traps. Alot of badgers and badger people along with goblins most of the time an ambush gets caught because they walked in a trap

So i now have a giantess... no idea what to do with this.

Also right after i became a barony 4 goblin ambushes appeared 2 military men died and one of my TWO legendary weaponsmiths died. *he was worthless didn't know how to cook and create masterwork bronze*

I am buying anvils to melt down so i can get steel quite depressing.

My baron started to tantrum saying the ohter dwarves bedrooms were all too opulent. Just a bed and a container i stopped his complaigning with a artifact hatch in his room

The fact that people don't have autosave on by default amazes me...

Welp... now it is... I thought i had turned it on before...

Also history has changed the soon to be Baroness became a pile of blood after running into a group of 6 lashers in an ambush.

I think i found the person to wield the Artifact Pick.
Nomal Febrober a Legendary Carpenter and Legendary +5 Miner. He is Mighty very slow to tire and very agile. He can also handle stress. Also he has no friends... hes perfect.

...By the gods a dwarf just became possessed and created a wooden statue.

It is an Image of Dwarves it relates to the founding of The Sprayed Ships of The Oil of Taming in the early spring of 1001. It is encrusted with almandine. Decorated with circles of birch, hoary marmot leather, and diorite. This object menaces with spikes of maple, Harlequin Opal, diorite, and green glass. On the item is an image of Itsas Chirpshelter the deity of Hospitality depicted as a female dwarf in Harlequin Opal. Itsas Chirpshelter is contemplating.

I got my 3rd Siege... Ciba has come. Shes also riding an elk bird...

Courageshoots finest have come to end her Tyranny.

Iton wife of Lor who took over as Military commander after her death

Ingish the Spear master

Mebzuth the Swords master

Also Ciba is described as Weak funny... considering she has killed 4,000

I wonder... should i contain ciba in obsidian with DFHack. Or just kill her then dump the remains to be solidified.

Nomal the Champion who would face her was defeated by a Lash Master who struck him in the head instantly killing him. Lucky shot

Its hard to imagine an enormous Panther demon riding Elk Birds.
