Unfortunately, poor FPS is unavoidable due to the nature of the project.  It's like a really huge embark, but vertical rather than horizontal.  Hopefully it won't be unplayably bad.

If anyone makes anything cool, you should post screenshots.  I'm so  sick of looking at this map, I probably won't come back to it for awhile myself.  But I don't want my work to be in vain either.  And the best would be if someone started a succession fort so I could read the stories...

I might post an obsidian-casting guide at some point, because with this fort I feel I've finally mastered the art after many trials and many many mistakes --mistakes I could have avoided if there was a guide or tutorial.
