Depends who my avatar is up against. The dude rolling on top of the car might be able to roll-dodge the charging of the Carippoparpamus, provided it's mouth isn't open at the time. (replace the car with the carippo)

As for the car, I think if the Carippo were to do the same roll-dodge on top of the car, the driver would be dead.

EDIT:
Reading the image name, I realize that I might be up against the car. Ever watch cars that hit big animals? Driver has a chance to get crushed to death during impact. And if the car is too slow, the carippo might be able to tear the car apart, or at least the driver if it can get it's head inside.

Oh yeah, and if the engine or battery is out, the carippo can push the car into a water source, and just mess with you as you drown.
