If they don't come out, then we simply go in after them. I'll lead with the skeletons while you and our crusader circle around the sides to attack the wizard and flank the trogs and our casters stay out of range to hammer on them. Simple and it should work, I think.

Okay - have edited my post to include my action and if they don't chase us I will do as above, trying to flank and SA the wizard.

I'm actually going to be routinely unavailable for a few days each week (real life stuff).  I think it would be appropriate to bow out after all.  Don't want to hold up the group because I'm unavailable.

If you want to keep going on without me, Dwarm can just hi-jack my character.  He uses a few spells out of the Spell Compendium, but is overall pretty simplistic right now.
