Grizzly bear hair... wait, can you shear grizzly bears?! How the bloody hell does that work?

When you butcher hairy animals, they leave hair behing.

Stop spreading the seeds of puns.

It's treated as completely normal because this is Dwarf Fortress.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with surrounding yourself with a wall of flames, only to later realize that you're surrounded by a wall of flames.
There's nothing that can't be solved by hurling fifteen roc birds at it.

Oddly enough dispite my general lack of activity here, I do remember one thread containing a ton of tree related puns. Is this the one? XD

I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

Anyway, once one of my dwarfs was patch up, I checked his treatment. And he received the best/most dwarfish medical care I've ever seen.

The best care I've seen went to a macedwarf who lost his leg to a voracious cave crawler before he bashed it's head in. 52 pages of medical care. Glad that bugs been fixed.

And the dressing should have been adamantine cloth.

Haven't hit that yet. If I had adamantine, I wouldn't have to resort to dropping floors on goblins, I'd just send cyanide-clad military at them...

No doubt Urist McGrylls would love to have grizzly bear hair sutures.
EDIT:And on the subject of the tree pun thread: I decided to lock it before I went insane.

Note to self: Refer to adamantine weapons as cyanide from now until the heat death of the universe.

I have a feeling this is what happens when the "6 Million Urist-Buck Dwarf" program reaches it's budget limit.
