I like it DF style, all covered in puke and blood. Losing is fun!

I can't imagine the way this work. My experience with pen and paper rpg is that group of adventurers standing most of the time within 5 meter radius from each other is wandering around slaying monsters. This backstabing, following separate agendas and stuff.. ...i would like to see that.

If I can get 4-6 people who have never played Paranoia before and are willing to dedicate themselves to semi-regular posting, I might be up for throwing something together on the board.

Edit:  Knowing the rules disqualifies you and you will be punished severely.  Please reply with something a bit more coherent than "ooh me" if you wish to sign up!  Eloquence is mandatory!

I would like to volunteer to help out friend computer for the good of the complex, and not to increase my supply of bouncy bubble beverage.

Mithras, Asehujiko, Eugenitor, SmiteHappy, Deadmeat and Citizen of Erl and Rainseeker are in.

Everyone else is second string and will be tapped if any of the aforementioned drop out.

It'll be play by post.

HERE IS THE SETTING INFO PRIMER:  http://aterribleidea.com/Paranoia/The_World_Of_Paranoia.pdf

HERE LAY CHARACTER CREATION INFO:

"The Computer is a bit of a stickler for naming conventions. Every citizen's name contains their first name, their security clearance, the name of the sector they originated from (all sector names are 3 letters long) and their current clone number.

Some examples are:

      Evap-R-ATE-1
      Wond-R-FUL-2
      Teela-O-MLY-1 (the famous vidscreen star)
      Mel-G-BSN-3
      James-B-OND-1
      What-U-WNT-5"

Friend Computer has alloted you each 40 points to distribute between Management, Stealth, Violence, Hardware, Software, and Wetware.  The subcategories are specialties.   You can add a plus sign to a specialty to add 4 to its score, but for each specialty you tag in this manner you gotta assign a minus sign (which is -8) to another specialty in the same skill group.  You get a free plus sign on energy weapons due to Friend Computer's gracious training programs and vid-indoctrination.   No stat can have less than four or more than 12 because Friend Computer says so.

Management:
Bootlicking
Chutzpah
Con Games
Hygiene
Interrogation
Intimidation
Moxie
Oratory

Stealth:

Friend Computer will, once you message me with your sheet, respond with your service firm information.  Friend Computer wishes to ensure that you are placed in a side-job that will benefit both you and Alpha Complex the most beneficially.  And then I can start a thread proper in the roleplaying forum.

Why would you want to write down something that could be used against you?
